Project overview
Township of Severn has secured the services of pl.ural to develop a Master Plan (plan) for the Coldwater Fairgrounds that will guide the development, enhancement, and management of the property for the next 10 to 15 years. The plan will serve as a strategic roadmap to make sure that this recreational space aligns with the evolving needs of our community.
The project objectives include:
- a needs assessment to identify the current strengths and the potential opportunities related to the property
- community engagement activities
- preparation of recommendations to enhance the existing amenities and considerations for new recreation services
- proposed strategies for operational and financial sustainability of the property
