Notice of office closure on May 19

Our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) and facilities will be closed on Monday, May 19 for the Victoria Day holiday. We will reopen Tuesday, May 20 at 8:30 a.m.

You can visit our Administration Office on Thursday, and Friday of this week during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.) for in-person service.

• download our Building Permit Guide
• file an online by-law complaint (noise, parking, etc.)
• purchase your annual fire permit
• register for a new eServices account to easily view, pay, and manage your bill payments
• submit an online concern (road repair, localized flooding, or other service request)
• subscribe to our news or Council and Committee updates
• view our zoning map
