Water and sewer rates

Water and sewer rates are billed quarterly on a base charge of 68 cubic metres as well as water use overages. View the 2024 and 2025 water and sewer rates.

Water rates

The 2025 water rate is $224.23 per quarter or $896.90 per year. Any use over 68 m3 is billed at $2.96 per m3.

Sewer rates

The 2025 sewer rate is $223.07 per quarter or $892.29 per year. Any use over 68 m3 was billed at $3.47 per m3.
