Pre-authorized payment plans allow you to set up automatic withdrawals from your account in order to pay your water and sewer bill.

If you select the due date payment plan, the amount owing will automatically be withdrawn on the payment due date. Due dates are found on your water and sewer bill.
If you select the monthly payment plan, a third of your quarterly base charge will be withdrawn on the last business day of each month. The final third withdrawal will be on the due date for your billing cycle. Any additional usage changes will be added to the third withdrawal amount for each quarter.
Late penalties
If we don't receive your utility (water and/or sewer bill) payment by the due date, a 5% penalty will be added. We will send you a past due notice with the new balance and indicate a date in which the outstanding balance must be paid to avoid the having this amount added to your property tax bill.
Please note, if your outstanding water and sewer bill balance is transferred to your property tax account, please direct payments for this amount to your property tax account. Any payments made to your water and sewer account will be applied to your next water and sewer bill and not to the amount past due that has been transferred to the property tax account.
