Administration Office

Customer Service Policy
As part of our Strategic Plan (2023 to 2026), Council identified Customer Service as one of four strategic directions, with a goal to improve responsiveness, communications, engagement, outreach, and ease of access. This policy establishes customer service procedures for services provided by the Township of Severn, and outlines how customer service will be provided by staff.
