Severn Council releases new Strategic Plan

Plan establishes Council priorities

The four strategic priorities outlined in this Plan will guide Council’s work over the 2023 to 2026 term. Severn's goal is to build a healthy and connected community where people come first, and where everyone has access to the resources they need. This high-level Plan is also an invitation to residents, partners, and other organizations to collaborate with Severn as we work to reach our vision.

Road closure for Laughlin Falls Road on April 21

Notice of road closure

Laughlin Falls Road (Lovering Line to Taylor Line) will be closed on Friday, April 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 200 p.m. for cross culvert replacement. 

Local traffic is permitted but there will be no through access at Lovering Line.

Notice: Fairgrounds Road closure rescheduled for April 13

Notice of road closure

Fairgrounds Road (Warminster Side Road to Thorburn Road) will be closed on April 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for cross culvert replacement. There will be no through traffic at 3168 Fairgrounds Road.

Notice of cancellation of tax sale for 4207 Delta Road

Take notice that the tax sale of 4207 Delta Road, Severn Bridge, Ontario, P0E 1N0 has been cancelled as of April 11, 2023.  

A tax sale sale can be cancelled by the Director of Finance/Treasurer at any time before a tax deed or notice of vesting is registered on title. This means a tax sale can be cancelled before the tender opening or even after the tender is closed.
