Update to road closure on Burnside Line

The work is expected to be completed on schedule.

Burnside Line will reopen to traffic on Friday, July 12 at 12:00 p.m.

Notice of road closure

Burnside Line (Thorburn Road to Warminster Road) will be closed starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10 for cross culvert replacement. The closure is expected to remain in place for a minimum of two days.

An update will be provided on Thursday, July 11 as the work progresses.

Notice of swimming advisory for Washago Centennial Park beach

Based on beach water testing results taken on July 3, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is informing residents and visitors to the Township of Severn that a swimming advisory is in place at the Washago Centennial Park beach as E.
