Supplementary tax bills issued in response to MPAC reassessments

Property owners may receive a supplemental tax bill because the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC)[1] has made a change to your property’s assessment value. This value is what is used to calculate your property taxes. This supplementary tax bill is in response to a Property Assessment Change Notice (PACN) you should have received from MPAC.

Watermain repair complete in Washago
UPDATE: The repairs have been completed as scheduled, and Muskoka Street has reopened.
3386 Muskoka Street to Hamilton Street will be closed on Monday, September 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for emergency watermain repair. A detour will be available via County Road 169 to Hamilton Street.

A portion of the Uhthoff Trail between Heron Drive and Highway 400 in Fesserton will be closed starting Thursday, October 24 at 7:00 a.m. The trail is expected to reopen by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25.
Trail users can detour via County Road 16 at Fesserton Sideroad and cross back over to the Trans Canada Trail using the Pine Street intersection then travelling north-east to Coldwater Road.
Please use caution around equipment, crew, and when using any detour routes.
