Alternative payment options during Canada Postal strike

Mail service disruptions are likely as a result of the recent strike activity by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). Township of Severn wants to ensure we provide you with easy options for payments.

Please remember, even during mail disruptions, all penalties, interest, or fines remain in effect. We are unable to make exceptions for late payments sent by mail.

You can easily view and manage your water, sewer, and tax bill payments through our Severn E-Services platform. This user-friendly platform is accessible anytime and anywhere; simplifying how you view, manage, and pay your bills.

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) options are available for our valued vendors. Please reach out to our Customer Care team directly at 705-325-2315 or customercare@severn.ca for one-on-one support.
