Water and sewer rates
Water and sewer rates are billed quarterly on a base charge of 68 cubic metres as well as water use overages. View the 2024 and 2025 water and sewer rates.

The 2024 water rate was $216.64 per quarter or $866.57 per year. Any use over 68 m3 was billed at $2.86 per m3. The 2025 water rate is $224.23 per quarter or $896.90 per year. Any use over 68 m3 is billed at $2.96 per m3. |

The 2024 sewer rate was $213.47 per quarter or $853.87 per year. Any use over 68 m3 was billed at $3.32 per m3. The 2025 sewer rate was $223.07 per quarter or $892.29 per year. Any use over 68 m3 was billed at $3.47 per m3. |
