Infrastructure improvements continue in Westshore

Update on Township road and infrastructure initiatives

Severn has recently completed drainage improvements in Westshore on Azcona Avenue, Knight Avenue, Highview Avenue, and more recently Coronation Avenue. This work will continue along Lakeside Drive between Beachview Avenue and Cumberland Road. 

To support the design and reconstruction of Bayou Road and Lakeside Drive from Cumberland Road to Bramshott Avenue, crews will be active in the area to undertake surveys, assess conditions, and perform locate markings for various utility lines and services. 

Developer-led work also ongoing

Development activity on Lakeside and Turnbull Drives and the external projects to support that construction is also in progress, with that work expected to be complete in June. Road enhancements are currently underway, with paving planned for this week.
