Notice of December 24 to January 2 holiday office closure

Our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) will be closed for the holiday season starting from Tuesday, December 24 at 12:00 p.m. We will reopen Thursday, January 2 at 8:30 a.m.

You can visit our website to:

• book your building inspection
• download our Building Permit Guide
• file an online by-law complaint (noise, parking, etc.)
• learn more about our Winter recreation programs
• register for a new E-Services account:
  • once registered, you will be able to easily view, pay, and manage bill payments through our Severn E-Services platform
• submit an online concern (road repair, streetlight replacement, or other service request)
• view our zoning map
