Letters to Santa 

Get into the holiday spirit at our Letters to Santa program! This festive event invites kids of all ages to enjoy a morning of creativity and holiday cheer. Children can write letters to Santa, sharing their holiday wishes on special stationery, and drop them into our North Pole mailbox to ensure they reach Santa just in time.

In addition to letter writing, we’ll have an ornament-making station where kids can craft their own unique holiday decorations. These ornaments can be taken home as a keepsake or placed on one of our Christmas trees in the Washago Community Centre hall to be showcased and spread holiday joy to everyone who visits. 

To keep everyone warm and cozy, we’ll be serving hot chocolate for the event. For admission to this program, you can bring a non-perishable food item donation, which will be given to the Coldwater Food Bank to support local families in need this holiday season. Join us for a heartwarming day filled with fun, giving, and the magic of the holidays!

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
  • Fee: Non-perishable food donation(s)

You can register in one of the following ways.

In person

You can drop off your form and payment at our Administration Office (1024 Hurlwood Lane, Severn) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, debit, and cheque payments. If you arrive after hours place the form and payment in the drop box located to the left of the front doors to our office.

Payment options at the Coldwater Community Centre or the Washago Community Centre are exact cash or cheque.
